Thank you for using our SaaS Application for business analytics. We are committed to protecting your privacy and providing you with a secure experience while using our application. We promise we never sell your data: never have, never will.

Information We Collect​

When you sign up for StatStr, we typically ask for identifying information such as your name, email address, and maybe a company name. That’s just so you can personalize your new account, and we can send you invoices, updates, or other essential information. We’ll never sell your personal info to third parties, and we won’t use your name or company in marketing statements without your permission either. We also collect information from your SaaS applications, databases and other IT systems. We may collect this information directly from you or from third-party sources.

Use of Information​

We use the information we collect to provide and improve our application, to personalise your experience, and to communicate with you. We may use your information to:

  • Authenticate your identity and authorize your access to our application
  • Provide customer support and respond to your inquiries
  • Send you administrative messages, such as updates to our Privacy Policy or Terms of Service
  • Analyse and improve our application, including its features, functionality, and user interface
  • Monitor and prevent fraud, spam, and abuse
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our rights and agreements

Information we do not collect​

We don’t collect any characteristics of protected classifications including age, race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, or physical and mental abilities or disabilities. You may provide these data voluntarily, such as if you include a pronoun preference in your email signature when writing into our Support team.

We also do not collect any biometric data.

When we access or share your information​

Our default practice is to not access your information. The only times we’ll ever access or share your info are:

To help you troubleshoot or squash a software bug, with your permission. If at any point we need to access your account to help you with a Support case, we will ask for your consent before proceeding.

To investigate, prevent, or take action regarding restricted uses. Accessing a customer’s account when investigating potential abuse is a measure of last resort. We have an obligation to protect the privacy and safety of both our customers and the people reporting issues to us. We do our best to balance those responsibilities throughout the process. If we do discover you are using our product for a restricted purpose, we will report the incident to the appropriate authorities.

Disclosure of Information​

We may share your information with third parties for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including:

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for notifying us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. All data is encrypted via SSL/TLS when transmitted from our servers to your browser. The database backups are also encrypted. All passwords and integration credentials are encrypted with industry standard encryption methods.

Your Choices​

You can choose not to provide us with certain information, but this may limit your ability to use our application or access certain features. You can also opt-out of receiving promotional emails from us by following the unsubscribe instructions in the email. However, we may still send you administrative messages related to our application, such as updates to our Privacy Policy or Terms of Service.

Location of site and data​

Our products and other web properties are operated in Europe data centres. If you are located outside of Europe, please be aware that any information you provide to us will be transferred to and stored in Europe. By using our Site, participating in any of our services and/or providing us with your information, you consent to this transfer.

Changes to this Privacy Policy​

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal obligations. We will notify you of any material changes to this Privacy Policy by posting the updated Privacy Policy on our website or through other means of communication. Your continued use of our application after any such changes will constitute your acceptance of the revised Privacy
